California Handgun Roster Finder

Use this tool to check if a specific handgun model is on the California DOJ Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale.

The CA DOJ Roster lists every handgun legally certified for sale in California. If a semi-automatic handgun model is not on the Roster, it cannot be sold by a licensed dealer in California (with limited exceptions like PC 32100 single-action revolvers).

How to Check Roster Status

The official California DOJ Roster is published and updated by the Office of the Attorney General. After our CA Roster integration is complete (Phase 2), this page will provide an integrated lookup tool.
